We may also receive technical information such as browser/device information, approximate usage information, IP-related security information and logs needed to operate and protect the service.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage user accounts and profiles.
- To help teachers and students discover and contact each other.
- To facilitate direct communication, including links to WhatsApp where enabled.
- To provide, maintain, secure and improve the platform.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and security incidents.

3. Profile Visibility and Direct Contact
Information included in a teacher or student profile may be visible to other users for the purpose of finding suitable educational connections. If you choose to share a WhatsApp number or other contact details, those details may be used by another user to contact you directly. Users should share only information they are comfortable making available for this purpose.
4. WhatsApp and Third Parties
When you use WhatsApp or another external service to communicate, that service processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Apex does not control the privacy practices of third-party services.
5. Service Providers
We may use trusted technology providers for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, security, communications and payments. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
